HKU Track Gift Redemption
The gift(s) can be requested and collected after accepting an admission offer to one of HKU's undergraduate programmes. 

How to request:

1. Choose your desired gift(s) from the available options.

2. Upon submitting your request, you will receive a notification in your portal account. Please note that the gift(s) can only be collected after you have accepted an admission offer to one of HKU's undergraduate programmes.

3. Once we have verified your admission in one of HKU's undergraduate programmes, you will receive a gift collection notification.

4. When you receive the gift collection notification, kindly present the QR code at the reception of the HKU Admissions Office during the designated redemption period.

5. Redemption location: HKU Admissions Office, MG14, Ground Floor, Main Building, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam, Hong Kong (Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.; 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.)

How to cancel the requested gift:

1. Access the redemption log.

2. Click on the button for the gift(s) that you wish to cancel.

3. The points used for redeeming the gift(s) will be reimbursed immediately to your portal account.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Redemption of gift(s) is subject to stock availability.

2. No refund or exchange is applicable to any gift redemption.

3. All the gifts are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

4. All photos are for reference only.

5. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Admissions Office, The University of Hong Kong shall be final.
